We booked Prescription Entertainment for our wedding reception, and they were phenomenal. Josh provided the most incredible set for the evening and was always able to read the room and keep the momentum going throughout. I cannot recommend them enough for weddings and any function you could think of that would call for a DJ.
Prior to the reception, they were also very generous, accommodating and responsive when it came to the planning process, listening to what we had to say, relating to us and making us feel at ease. We found them to be highly organized and professional with a genuine love for a wide variety of music. This meant that our wedding reception flowed seamlessly, everybody enjoyed themselves and guests young and old could agree the music was spectacular!

The event is spectacular, the cold sparks and fog are great. They added grandness to the event particularly to the entrance of the debutant.
I must say you were generous of the sparks. We agreed on 6 sparks, but you provided 8 and played them all at the same time during the entrance! We really appreciate it.
The LED dance floor is massive and amazing. Even the kids and middle-aged people were dancing. The teens love them. The way you changed the colours and movements of lights are brilliant.
Sounds and party lights are great!
I have friends who commented your voice is perfect, you have a beautiful DJ voice!
All in all, 10/10! It’s just a shame that we only get to dance for an hour because of the late start of program, but that’s on us. If it’s not a public holiday next day, we would have decided to extend an hour for the dancing.

“When it comes to a DJ for your wedding, Prescription Entertainment is the only choice!
Josh’s professionalism and experience was evident in how he conducted his business in the lead up to the wedding. He helped guide us in the considerations we needed to make in the lead up to the wedding. For example, having songs for the cutting of the cake and bouquet toss etc.
Josh’s work on the night was just as professional. He liaised with our MC and other vendors (venue/photographer/videographer) to ensure that whole night ran smoothly. His choice of music kept the dance floor at capacity from when the dance floor opened at 9pm, all the way to midnight. It was great to finally see a wedding DJ mixing music and reading the room. We had also made a few requests for songs from our cultural background and he sourced them all no problem (even when some were requested on the night).
We have been to 15 weddings before our own and it is not just our personal bias that says that Josh is hands down the best DJ that we’ve seen! Thank you so much, we will be recommending you to everyone.”
