What’s needed to confirm your services?

We keep the booking process simple. Once you have accepted the quote for your event you will be issued with an invoice. From there we require a deposit to confirm the booking, then final payment before the event day. The deposit amount will vary depending on what is quoted, but typically 20% of the total.
 

Can I request a specific DJ from you?

Absolutely! If you had a DJ in the past that you loved and would like to work with again, please just let us know! We can’t guarantee that they’ll be available, but we’ll do our best to fulfil your request.

I’m thinking of having a house party, rather than hosting my event at a venue. Can you still help?

Absolutely! While most of our work is in venues, we can still cater to house parties! We have party hire equipment which we can supply as well as a DJ, including outdoor heaters, large fans, festoon lighting, up lighting, wine barrels, stools, trestle tables, esky’s and more! Let us know what you need and we can put together a customised quote for you.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made by direct deposit, and credit card directly through your invoice. Please note that Credit Card payments attract a 1.75% surcharge.
 

Does your hire equipment require a deposit?

Deposits are required to confirm all bookings. Deposits are typically 20%, but may be higher for custom installations. Bonds are only held if deemed necessary, and will be requests on a seperate invoice.

We’re not too sure if we want a DJ, maybe just some lights and a speaker. Can you still help?

Of course! We get it, not everyone wants a DJ, but most want to dance the night away! We have a wide variety of lighting and PA options perfect for small house parties through to larger events for over 150. Get in touch so we can create the perfect package for your event. Pick up/drop off and delivery options are available.

Can your dance floor be installed on grass?

It can! Providing that the grass is flat, we are able to install it onto grass. It does require a subfloor, so please get in touch so we can quote this for you as well.

Can we hire your cold sparks without an operator?

Unfortunately, no. Only qualified technicians are permitted to set up and operate our cold spark units. This is to ensure the safety of everyone at the event, and to ensure no damage is caused to the machines or venue.
 

My event is outside the Perth Metropolitan area, can you still help?

Absolutely! We have travelled with equipment as far north as Geraldton, as far south as Albany and as far east as Kalgoorlie. And we can travel further. Please note that travel and accomodation charges apply, so please contact us for a quote.
 

What do you need from me at my event?

We bring everything we need, including tables, stands and power cords. We just need access to power within 10 meters of where we’re setting up, and to be on a flat, solid surface. We’re also happy to set up on temporary floors, providing they have been installed by qualified persons and have the relevant certificates. For events that are 4 hours or more, a light meal and water is to be provided as well.
